LeRoy Roy James Sandahl, 50, died October 3, 2005 at his home in Des Moines, WA. Roy was born November 26, 1954 to Jim & Elaine Sandahl in Walla Walla, WA. He is survived by his mother and step father, Elaine and Don Johnson of Cathedral City; CA; 2 sisters, Darla Filan Doug of La Quinta, CA and Carol Ann Brewer Bob of Palm Desert, CA; 2 nephews, Scott Brewer of Costa Mesa, CA and Chase Brewer of Los Andgeles, CA; two aunts, Vel Knopp of Walla Walla, WA and Arlyne Horch of Burnie, Tasmania; and one uncle, Harold Vietz of Coeur d A’lene, ID. He was preceded in death by his father, James Jim Sandahl. Memorial Services to be held in Walla Walla, WA are pending. I’ve thought often of Roy, wondering what he has been up to over the years. He had such a beautiful smile, and a contagious laugh. He will be missed.
